To place an order for Joyce Foam retail products via our Online Store please

If you would like to order an additional product simply start from the first

Online Store page again and repeat the process.

HANDLING AND DELIVERY

Orders are downloaded from the Online Store daily. They are then picked and made ready for dispatch.

An automated email with details of your order together with a tracking code will be sent to you.

If you have not received your order within 5 working days from the date of dispatch please contact the Joyce Foam Products Customer Service team on freecall number 1800 021304 (within Australia only).

Delivery Charges

A flat rate of $12.00 will apply to deliveries Australia wide. For deliveries outside of Australia please contact the Joyce Foam Products Customer Service team on +612 9821 8777.

Cancellation Periods

You have the right to cancel an order seven working days from the day the order is placed. If your order has been delivered, the product must be unused, sealed and its original packaging. You will not be charged for the cost of collection.

If payment has been made, your payment will be refunded via the same method of payment within 30 days of receiving written notice of cancellation.

RETURNS POLICY

Joyce Foam Products makes every effort to ensure the product purchased online arrives in good condition. However, should the goods have been damaged during shipment, or the product be faulty, please contact the Joyce Foam Products Customer Service team on freecall number 1800 021304 (within Australia only).

Refunds

If you are not completely happy with your product and would like a refund, please contact Joyce Foam’s Customer Service team on freecall number 1800 021304 (within Australia only) within 14 days of receiving your goods and we will refund 100% of the price. Or you can contact us via our website.
